Ideal for the private landlord.

One thing we do a lot of, are appliance sales to letting agencies and estate agents.
We’ve set up accounts with a lot of local agents, offering a total peice of mind delivery and installation service.
Our letting agents simply call us up with their requirements, and we can quote to supply and fit. If they don’t know dimensions etc, we give a free site survery.
Once a job has been ordered, we either liase directly with the tenants, or arrange to go in on keys, in their absence. Over the last few years this has proven to be an invaluable service to the agencies and their clients, offering hassle free peice of mind.
What a lot of people don’t realise, is that we extend this service to private landlords too. Wether you have one or a dozen properties, we will provide a free site survey, and will quote competetivly to supply and fit the new appliance. As with the agencies, we can liase directly with your tenants, or, at your discrection, we can go in “on keys”
What we aim to achieve is total peice of mind for you the landlord, and as little disruption to the tenant as possible.
So, next time you need a cheap appliance for a property you let, give us a call. You’ll be pleasently suprised.

I wish I’d known this before I blew 20k on the useless, unappreciating scrotes that occupied my flat.

Thats the problem. Some tenants deserve good quality, and they repay this by respecting your property and its possesions. Other people, however, seem to feel that as a landlord you owe them a quart of blood and will ruin anything you put in the property because they feels it’s their right. Its a shame, but a common truth
i’ve got landlords which have to refit a kitchen at the end of every lease term. Scary huh!
