Ask Mook A Question

I\’m looking for a new washing machine but i can\’t afford to take a day off work to wait for it to arrive. I also don\’t want to have to disconnect it myself as I have no idea how to do that. I heard from a friend that you can deliver in specific time slots and you do everything? Could you give me some more info?

Absolutely right! We find it a bit silly that some retailers expect you to disconnect and move your washing machine – it’s not an easy job, and the average washing machine weighs 70kg – and we wouldn’t think of asking people to do so. Leave it well alone and we’ll disconnect it, remove it and dispose of it for you, completely free of charge for freestanding washing machines. This also applies to freestanding dishwashers, cookers and tumble dryers, and even refrigeration only attracts a very small disposal charge. Regarding delivery, again we feel it is impractical that a customer should have to leave work and sit around all day just for a washing machine, which is why we give you a delivery slot accurate to within an hour. If you want it between 10 and 11am, you can!
