With regards the fridge freezer, it can actually be quite difficult getting a large freezer on a modern fridge freezer, esspecially a Stainless one. The problem lies in the fact that most models are Eurore wide, and Britain is the only place in Europe that uses freezers extensivly. As such, options will be limited.
For something really nice, look at the Siemens KG49NP93GB. Its 200cm tall and 70cm wide, but only has a freezer capacity of 96 litres gross. The 60cm wide version, KG39NA93GB actually has a larger freezer at 109 Litres gross.
Both of these have 5 year warranties.
A less tried and test product would the Hotpoint Quadrio or the Hotpoint Big 70 range. There are a few models to choose from, if only 190cm tall. The largest in capacity is the FF7190t, which has a 142 litre Gross Freezer. These units have a 1 year parts and labour warranty, and a 5 year parts warranty, althought it’s not all that good, becsaue you have to use Hotpoints engineers to fit any spares, at a call out of around £100 a pop! Scary huh!
Most other machines are 75cm wide, From Liebheer, or Miele, or 60cm wide. Ironically most of the 60cm machines have larger capacity’s.
Have a look at some of the machines above, and let me know if anything takes your fancy.
Hope that helps
